Embroidery

Embroidery on your promotional clothing or uniform produces a high quality look and is often the preferred medium for small designs (up to about 8-10cm square).

We use coloured thread, as opposed to ink, to replicate your design and unlike screen printing the charge is based on the size of the design. The vast majority of designs are for the left breast area, although many customers prefer to have a sleeve logo or the design on the nape of the neck. Embroidery is ideal for logos, web addresses, individual name personalisation and onto heavier garments such as polo shirts and heavy blend t-shirts, fleeces, jackets, sweatshirts, hoodies, work and school uniforms.

Once you have provided us with your logo or design, we ‘digitise it’ which is the process of formatting the design in such a way that our embroidery software can recognise it and replicate the design onto the garments.

Transfers

A great option for team names, numbers and logos is vinyl transfers. They are durable and flexible and work on all types of fabric. Digital transfers are a quick and simple way to get those complex multicolour logos onto your garment.

Artwork / Design

Got an idea in your head but can't get it down onto paper. Don't worry! We have an experienced team of in-house designers that are here to help. Just enquire about our Artwork / Design Service for more info.

Re Labelling

Re-labeling adds value to your product by allowing you to create the full branded package for your label. It also allows you to add important details like your logo, your own specific product text or your website address on the neck tag of your garments. Our re-labeling service is in-house and ensures a high level of quality control and quick turn around on all orders. You should allow 7-14 working days for re-labeling depending on the order size and time of year.

Impact / Large Prints

For large prints on towels, panels or made up garments, impact prints are perfect. Slightly more technical than screenprinting, impact printing provides the benefit of covering large areas / seam to seam or oversized prints.
